Founded in 1963 in Vancouver, Canada, Hamilton Spill was acquired by the Verjee family in 1973. What began as a modest bedroom furniture manufacturer has grown into a renowned brand recognized across Canada. By 1986, we shifted our focus to importing high-quality products from Asia, and in 1990, we proudly entered the U.S. market with our exclusive designs.
In 2004, we moved our headquarters to Hong Kong to better serve our global clientele. Following an asset sale in 2011, we revitalized our brand in early 2025, embracing new opportunities for growth. Today, with our headquarters in Hong Kong and operations primarily in Vietnam—featuring strategic manufacturing partners and climate-controlled warehouses—we continue to innovate and lead in the furniture industry.
